Support Our church
It takes money to keep a community running and to sustain a church. A church that doesn’t care enough to give probably won’t be around for very long or have an effective impact on the community.

Our community is counting on your generosity, sacrifice, and commitment to the ideals that make Saint Miriam a wonderful community for all persons.
In the words of Jesus: “You can’t serve God and money,” and “Where your treasure is, there your heart is also.” Your financial commitment is invaluable and necessary to build
our community.

At Saint Miriam, we ask those who believe in us and attend our Catholic Mass regularly to be highly committed financially so that our needs are met without having to pressure people or make a multitude of emergency appeals. We’re all in this together and we believe God can do great things with people who are learning how to give. That is why we don't have an offertory basket. Your giving is between you and God.

All monetary donations to Saint Miriam are tax deductible as allowed by law. Please indicate “Saint Miriam Parish” on all checks. For cash donations, kindly use envelopes and mark with donors name and address if you would like your donation to be used as a cash gift tax deduction. All donations may be mailed to the parish mailing address found on the Contact Us page. Thank you!

Ways You Can Help Our Catholic Church:

1. Celebrate Something & Remember Us
There are many occasions that you encounter every year; why not remember this community with a gift of love to honor that special day? Some ideas are: Retirements, birthdays, bar mitzvahs, and anniversaries.

Whatever the occasion, you can ask friends and relatives to mark it by donating to Saint Miriam.

5. Give a Legacy Gift
Many of us have property, land, or other assets that we wish to leave to someone or a nonprofit organization when we die. This is your chance to help grow a Community of faith with a gift that will far out last any of us here. Please consider remembering Saint Miriam in your estate planning.

Please click here for additional guidelines on estate planning.

2. Wedding Angel Gifts
If you're getting married, you can now combine charity donations and traditional wedding gifts on just one list. Please visit our donate now button for more information. On making a gift in honor of your special event!

6. Tax Relief Benefits
Give a gift to our community and write it off on your taxes.

7. Payroll Deduction

Many aren't aware that the same process that allows employers to make automatic payroll deductions for things such as child support and charity contributions like the United Way, can also be used to give directly to Saint Miriam. Contact your company's Human Resources Department for more information about payroll eductions. Once you have enrolled in the payroll deduction process, contact Ellen Goldberg at the church or via email at HelpMakeMagic@MySaintMiriam.org with your information.

4. Donation of Valuables
Instead of using your car for a trade-in, you can donate that car to the church and receive a tax write-off. This is not only limited to cars, but also includes boats, and, jewelry, and any other items of value. You donate the item to the church and the church in turn sells the item and includes that amount in your annual contribution statement. For more information, contact Ellen Goldberg at HelpMakeMagic@MySaintMiriam.org.

8. End of the Year Gifts
While forecasting their upcoming tax liability, many realize that an "end of the year" gift of checks, securities, and valuable items can alleviate some of that liability and make a difference in the lives of people at the same time. If you would like to make an end of the year gift, simply give your contribution at the regular offering time or mail it to the church by December 31st of that year. For more information, contact Ellen Goldberg at HelpMakeMagic@MySaintMiriam.org.
