Undercroft Space and Stage Area with AV Equipment: (Capacity 150)

$350 – 4 hours no set up/clean up
$450 – 4 hours set up/clean included
$725 – light fare and coffee service/set up/clean up included

 

Betsy and Walter Diner Room/Library: (Capacity 75)

$175 – 4 hours no set up/clean up
$225 – 4 hours set up/clean included
$525 – light fare and coffee service/set up/clean up included

 

Sanctuary with AV Equipment: (Capacity 250)

$650 – 4 hours set up/clean included, AV Equipment
$1,025 – light fare and coffee service/set up/clean up included in Betsy and Walter Diener Room (No food or drink in Sanctuary permitted other than water)

 

Classrooms in School: (Capacity 25-50)

$125 – 4 hours no set up/clean up
$225 – 4 hours set up/clean included
$325 – light fare and coffee service/set up/clean up included

**A Saturday Fee of $100 per event due that ends after 6:00pm to cleaning before Masses on Sundays.

Disclaimer: Saint Miriam Pro Cathedral Parish & Friary is a non-smoking campus and no smoking or tobacco products of any kind, including vape cigarettes, are allowed on property or within our buildings.

Cancellation Policy: 90-120+ days, full refund; 60-90 days 75%; 30-60; 50%; less than 30 days 0%

Insurance: Saint Miriam Pro Cathedral Parish & Friary covers all occupants and visitors for risk and injury, but restrict our coverage to accidents and unforeseen events. No harmful chemicals, explosives, fireworks, or flammable liquids or devices permitted. No outside equipment can be brought into our buildings or grounds without prior authorization.

Security deposit: A $200 refundable security deposit and/or valid credit card deposit are required to hold any booking for your event. This deposit will be returned if no damage and all promised clean up, (if applicable) occurs as well as no violation of our stated policies.
