Welcome to one of the best places on earth!
Zion Preschool at Saint Miriam is committed to having an exceptional preschool designed to meet the need of both children and their families. It has been that way for over 40 years of exceptional service to the community!
Through music, play, academics, stories, chapel, and foreign language, the children are exposed to a variety of experiences designed to foster a positive attitude toward learning as well as exposure to some basic Christian values like sharing and friendship.
Families are an integral part of Zion Preschool at Saint Miriam. Parents are encouraged to take an active part in their child’s experiences in a number of ways. We welcome volunteers for additional supervision on field trips and during special times of our school year. (e.g. Christmas Show, picture day)

How We Learn and Grow:
Zion Preschool at Saint Miriam offers a professionally designed, thematic curriculum; complete with lessons, assessments & progress reports, and newsletters for parents.
Children learn through hands on play and structured activities in our well organized learning centers. Our classroom is organized into “learning environments.” These are the places within our classroom where the children can find the toys and materials related by theme, interest, and skills. These activities and toys can be used independently by the children, or with teacher direction, to reinforce and enrich skills and concepts they need. Learning environments are an excellent way to individualize the curriculum to meet the varying needs of young children.
Zion Preschool at Saint Miriam opens just after Labor Day in September and runs into June and our formal classes begin at 9:00 am and dismiss at 12:00 noon, with additional options for early drop off at 8:00 am and a lunch bunch extended day available until 3:00 pm.
Drop-in days are available. Please see our Director for additional information.
There is a non-refundable registration fee. Tuition, registration and activity fees are adjusted annually, per tuition application.
