Our Net Promoter Score is…
Saint Miriam, in an effort to continue to grow and be of good service our community, recently engaged with Net Promoter Score® to determine our overall “customer” experience. Scores have been tallied and our overall Net Promotor Score was 10!
Respondents are grouped as follows:
Promoters (score 9-10) are loyal enthusiasts who will keep buying and refer others, fueling growth.
Passives (score 7-8) are satisfied but unenthusiastic customers who are vulnerable to competitive offerings.
Detractors (score 0-6) are unhappy customers who can damage your brand and impede growth through negative word-of-mouth.

“The church welcomes diversity and we do a good job on Sundays by welcoming everyone. This message also comes across strongly in the homilies. For me, diversity is more about welcoming all people. It’s realizing diverse people and their ideas should also be a part of the church. It’s not enough to just welcome them, they become part of the body which means we all need to be open to their ideas. The body of Christ needs to be vibrant and constantly changing.”
