A Weekly Virtual Mindfulness Group Begins May 11th 2020!

Join Saint Miriam as we bring you another virtual happening during this time! It all begins Monday, May 11th and then every weekly every Monday!

Time: 7:15pm-8:15pm via Zoom

30 minutes of teaching & sharing plus 30 minutes of guided mindfulness practice. 

Recommended donation of $10-$20 per session for those who are able, but all are welcome whether or not funds allow one to donate. 

In the first 6 sessions we will touch on a different mindfulness practice each session so that participants will have a foundation in mindfulness from which to develop their own ongoing practice. Join us! To join us, click here!
