Our Breathe liturgies have become so harmonious with the spirit of Saint Miriam that we decided to incorporate them into every month as a regular practice!
Breathe liturgy is a contemplative liturgy combining intentional, deep breathing with prayer to foster rest, spiritual connection, and awareness of God’s presence. It often involves listening, sound, scripture, music and readings along with inhaling to receive God’s peace or grace, and exhaling to release fear, tension or fatigue.
This liturgy promotes a sense of being grounded in God and has been found to bring peace to participants.
