Saint Miriam Parish Mask Policy Update – Effective March 27, 2022

We will begin to follow the new COVID Community Level Indicators for masking effective Monday, March 27, 2022 for all parish Sunday Masses, Events and Adoration as outlined by Montgomery County.

We will place a 8.5×11 Color Coded Placard inside our main entry doors to indicate current Level.

*We require all in attendance to be fully vaccinated or to wear a face mask and practice social distancing if not vaccinated.

The current guidance also still applies for health related symptoms! If you or your family member are experiencing any symptoms that could present an issue, we ask that you refrain from attending Mass or wear an appropriate face mask, pending testing.

If you have any questions, or need proper guidance, our school nurse is available by email at nurse(at)mysaintmiriam.org.

Recommendations for each Community Risk Level are as follows for Montgomery County:

LOW: Stay up-to-date with COVID-19 vaccines; Get tested if you have symptoms

Medium: If you are at high risk for severe illness, talk to your healthcare provider about whether you need to wear a mask and take other precautions; Stay up to date with COVID-19 vaccines; Get tested if you have symptoms

High: Wear a mask indoors in public; Stay up-to-date with COVID-19 vaccines; Get tested if you have symptoms; Additional precautions may be needed for people at high risk for severe illness
