Once you have received instructions to do so, please complete this online registration form below. Please DO NOT complete this form unless you are ready to both complete the form and the registration deposit as both must be received and matched for the selected priest to receive the registration. A confirmation will be sent to you via email that the form has been reviewed after the deposit is received from your selected priest directly. You will receive a link to complete the deposit process via a link given, at the completion of the form below, and your date will be reserved! All deposits are non-refundable, as the date and time are no longer open for other weddings.

Ceremony Start Time Acknowledgement *YES! I acknowledge the policy above to reflect in my registration form the EXACT intended start time for my wedding ceremony. I also understand that if the wedding ceremony start time should change that I need to contact my priest in order to update the form and to ensure that it does not create a schedule conflict for that particular date. I further understand that if my Celebrant arrives for my wedding, and it is any other time than the listed original time, that it could cause the priest to adjust the ceremony, or not remain for the ceremony depending on the delay. Please do not adjust start time to allow for traffic or arrival of guests as our priests well versed in travel locations and will endeavor to always arrive 20-30 minutes ahead of start time listed.

Rehearsal Information

We, as a common practice, do NOT accommodate Friday rehearsal requests unless we have no weddings booked, and any rehearsals for a Friday will take a secondary place to wedding ceremonies. We can offer to send someone in the place of the chosen priest who will serve as celebrant (officiant), but they do not personally cover rehearsals on Fridays due to their very busy wedding and parish schedules at Saint Miriam.

Please be sure to complete the Rehearsal Request Form as soon as possible BUT AFTER you have booked and received confirmation from us for the actual wedding ceremony, to ensure the rehearsal is on the calendar. All rehearsals are scheduled separately from the actual Wedding Registration. Also review the rehearsal policy under FAQ’s here. If a rehearsal is added to an existing package as an after thought, the normally requested stipend will be added to the final amount.

Any location outside of 25 miles from 19031 must be agreed to by selected officiant prior to booking being official.

More Important Details

Marriage as a Sacrament *Yes! I resolve to honor my marriage as a covenant!Since we view marriage as a Sacrament, it is held in high regard. As such, you need to honor a covenant whereby if your marriage is ever in trouble, you will seek counseling from the priest that married you in order to try to preserve your marriage before separating. We are not just someone legally allowed to officiate at weddings, we are priests and hold our vows as sacred.

Deposits *Yes!I acknowledge that the required deposit (minimum $250) is non-refundable and that any cancellation, for any reason, forfeits any payments received, as work begins at initial counsel. Any wedding payments received after the wedding date will incur a late fee. The final amount due may include travel (outside 25 miles), Marriage Certificate fee, and/or holiday fees (New Year Day, Memorial Day, & Labor Day Weekends), as in incurred and agreed to. Cancellation Policy *Yes!Cancellation Policy: I acknowledge that in addition to the parish deposit policy, any wedding cancelled, for any reason, within 30 days of the actual booked date, the entire amount, including any remaining balance, will be due and owing to the priest, as they will not be able to rebook the date and rely on wedding income as a large portion of their annual income.

There are associated costs for staffing, educational materials, printing, janitorial, and supplies, etc., that occur with every event at the parish. As a 100% member-supportd parish, we ask that a standardized stipend be applied for such events. Please refer to our fees page for the requested fee for your event. If you cannot afford the standard requested fee, please contact us and request a hardship scholarship and the fees will be waived. Thank you.
